ConferenceDirect is the official housing bureau for MSC’s Annual Conference. Only those registered for the event will receive a hotel booking link in their registration confirmation email. The deadline to complete your hotel reservation at the MSC/ATA discounted rate is February 5.

All nightly rates are for single/double occupancy and may increase with additional occupancy. Rates do not include taxes and fees, which are subject to change without notice.
All reservations require a credit card deposit of one night's room and tax. This amount may be reflected on your credit card statement as early as February 13 (subject to change without notice). Cancellations must be made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to your arrival date for refund of your one night's room and tax deposit.
If you require assistance or need to make changes to your hotel reservation (arrival/departure/cancellation), please contact ConferenceDirect at (833) 638-6496 or tmc@conferencedirect.com, Monday – Friday, 10am - 6pm (EST). ConferenceDirect will charge a $30 cancellation fee for room cancellations made at any time. Should you cancel, this charge will appear on your credit card statement as "CONFDIRECT*TMC2025". MSC/ATA cannot assist with hotel reservations.

In recent years, companies have contacted attendees and exhibitors offering discounted hotel rates. Please be aware that MSC/ATA does not have a relationship with these companies.
If you receive an email or phone call from any company indicating an affiliation with MSC/ATA, or the meeting in this regard, DO NOT make a hotel reservation with them. If you have already made hotel reservations through any of these companies, MSC/ATA cannot guarantee the reservation is valid. Please contact the hotel immediately for reservation confirmation.
